The Water Supply Department has requested people living in Nasinu and Cunningham to store water as there will be a water shutdown from 10am to 4pm today.
Spokeswoman Sainiana Waqanaibete said the water level at the Tovata Reservoir has gone down dramatically and water will be shutdown to maintain the level in the reservoir.
According to Waqanaibete the low level is due to the sudden power outrage over the weekend.
Just repeating those areas which will be affected are Tuirara sub division, Tovata, some areas around Navewakau, Valelevu, top part of Tacirua, Cunningham and all surrounding areas, including Kinoya and Caubati.
