Water has receded in most parts of Ba and Tavua areas.
This was confirmed by DISMAC official, Ilaitia Tora this morning.
Meanwhile Police have revealed that people will be able to travel from Ba to Lautoka as flood water has receded and the Kings Road towards Lautoka is open.
However, Ba remains without power supply, while the Koronubu and Wailele areas reain flooded under 2-3 feet of flood water.
However, workers are still experiencing difficulty in going across to lautoka.
Businessman Prem Narayan says he has just tried to travel to lautoka but they are not able to do so.
