Floodwater levels in the Rewa Delta are receding.
Police Assistant Spokesperson Corporal Suliano Tevita confirmed this adding that though it is currently high tide, the villages in the Rewa Delta and in Nausori are not affected.
He added that flood waters have had a major impact on the area as it has damaged crops and livestock of the people.
