Police in Korovou confirmed the Kings road is closed to traffic due to the rising of the water level along Dawasamu, Nayavu, Wailotua, Naqia, Wainibuka and Korovou areas.
It has been confirmed that 27 villagers who are affected by the flood are now staying at the Korovou Police Bure and 22 others are been evacuated to the MPI Quarters in Korovou.
