The Water Department is trying to find out the problem that occurred in Tamavua areas which caused water disruptions late last night till early this morning.

Spokesperson, Maika Nagalu said they suspect that the problem was caused by a burst main and is not caused by low water levels at the reservoirs.

He adds water engineers have been on the ground from this morning as they received complaints from residents of Namadi Heights.

Meanwhile, Nagalu has called on residents in the Central Division to not waste water.
