The Air Pacific Fiji Warriors and the Body Guard Fiji Barbarians are just a step away from creating history in the Pacific Rugby Cup with a possibility that the two teams will meet in the final.

A win for the Warriors and Barbarians in the last round robin games on Saturday will be enough to see both of the Fiji teams in the final and also it will be the first time since the inception of PRC in 2006 where two teams from the same nation will meet in the final.

The Fiji Barbarians currently lead the points table with 15 points while the Warriors are second with 14 points.

On Saturday, the Barbarians will meet the 4th placed Savaii Samoa while the Warriors takes on Tau'uta Reds who have just managed a win and are the second last team on the points table.

Fiji Rugby Union board chairman, Bill Gavoka believes this is the opportunity for our boys to prove they can become the first two teams from the same country to play in the PRC final.
