This is the view of Civil Aviation director Akuila Waradi on the number of new airline services coming into Fiji within this month.
Following the inaugural flight for Continental Airlines from Guam on Saturday morning with a total of 120 passengers, Waradi believes these companies will see the potential in the Fiji market and introduce more services.
Meanwhile, V Australia touched down in Nadi last Friday with a plane of tourists, Australian media and VIP guests on its inaugural flight, to mark the beginning of its daily services to Fiji.
The inaugural flight marks the beginning of new daily services which will add an additional 181 seats a day between the two cities and will further compliment the current Pacific Blue flights from Brisbane, Melbourne and Adelaide to Fiji.
