The Wallabies are unfazed by All Blacks center Sonny Bill Williams availability for the opening Rugby Championship Tests in Sydney and Auckland.

That is the word from Wallabies scrum half Will Genia and wing Digby Ioane who believe aggressive defence and giving Williams limited time on the ball are the key factors to stopping the big midfielder.

The Wallaby duo has been part of the Reds team who have managed to keep Williams in check in three Super Rugby encounters since last year.

But Genia and Ioane acknowledge that Williams is in top form and sure to be a handful in Saturday’s Test in Sydney.

Meanwhile Wallabies selectors have shown their faith in fly half Berrick Barnes for the opening Bledisloe Cup clash against New Zealand, but omitted Quade Cooper from the 22-man squad.

Barnes was selected in the number 10 ahead of Cooper following his man-of-the-match display against Wales in the June Tests.

The Wallabies will host the All Blacks at 10:05pm this Saturday while South Africa will play Argentina at 3am Sunday.
