Wallabies flanker, David Pocock said his team is prepared for a physical Springbok challenge in tomorrow night's Tri Nations opener.
 
Pocock, who has recovered from a foot injury, said he and his team mates have done a lot at training to turn things around from last weekend.

He said everyone knows when they play South Africa, they have to be up for it or otherwise, it's going to be a hard day especially in that physical battle.

The Wallabies takes on the Springboks at 10.05pm tomorrow night.
