Tries to Tevita Kuridrani, Joe Tomane, Dean Mumm and Adam Ashley-Cooper and 14 points from the boot of Bernard Foley, was enough for the Wallabies to claim consecutive victories in the tournament.
Quade Cooper was handed a yellow card during the second half.
Australia will next face New Zealand in Sydney on August 8th to decide the Rugby Championship.
Meanwhile, a late try to Richie McCaw from a clever lineout move earned the All Blacks a 27-20 victory over the Springboks this morning.
South Africa led for most of the match but they could not close out the game out and they now can’t win the title.
Wing Ben Smith and hooker Dane Coles also scored tries for New Zealand, with debutant first-five Lima Sopoaga adding three conversions and a penalty.
