Wales know that their fate is in their own hands, with a win against Fiji, ideally with a bonus point, securing them their fourth quarter final appearance in World Cups.

A shock loss to Fiji in Nantes, losing 38-34, saw Wales bundled out at the pool stages in 2007.

Welsh backs coach Rob Howley said although Fiji shocks Wales in a 16-16 draw last year in Cardiff, that result four years ago, holds no prominence.

He added any international game is difficult to win but we are quietly confident, if it turns out to be a good game, then the Welsh boys can look ahead to the quarter finals.

The Wales and Fiji match kicks off at 5pm on Sunday in Hamilton and a commentary of the match can be heard on our sister station, Viti-FM with the voice of rugby, Malakai Veisamasama and expert comments from Ilivasi Tabua.

Tonight at 7:30 Samoa meets South Africa.
