Murphy said confidence is high in camp and the players remain positive of beating the Welsh side.
The FMF Flying Fijians / Wales match will kick off tomorrow at 3am. The winner will progress to the quarterfinals while the loser will head back home.
Meanwhile, Reigning champions England have advanced to the quarterfinals of the Rugby World cup with a 36-20 victory over Tonga in their winner takes all Pool A clash this morning in Paris.
They now face Australia, in a repeat of the 2003 final, for a place in the last four to be played in Marseille on October 6.
England coach Brian Ashton said more improvement is needed in his side before the quarterfinal clash.
Meanwhile later this evening at 11, New Zealand plays their final Pool C encounter against Romania.
In tomorrow's games Australia plays Canada at 1am and then at 7am Scotland take on Italy.
