Those are the words of FijiFirst Leader, Voreqe Bainimarama after former Prime Minister, Laisenia Qarase’s comments that the days of Aiyaz Sayed-Khaiyum and Bainimarama are numbered.
Qarase said this in a SODELPA made video while stressing the point that SODELPA will reinstate the Great Council of Chiefs if it forms the next government.
Bainimarama said people like Qarase should not speak as he has been convicted of abuse of office where he facilitated the purchase of Class A Fijian Holdings Limited shares by Cicia Plantation Co-op Society Limited, Mavana Investments Limited and Q-Ten Investments Limited, companies that he had a private interest in.
Bainimarama said politicians talking about bringing institutions back and changing the constitution should also be honest and accept the fact that they have to follow the requirements to amend the constitution.
