Courts are expected to remain closed with the wait continuing for the President to appoint members of the judiciary.
Meanwhile, it has been confirmed that Senior Court clerks are now handling bail and custody cases in accordance with the Bails act until the Judges and Magistrates are appointed.
In the meantime, all the Court registry's are deferring cases on the call list for a period of one month.
