Interim Attorney General, Aiyaz Sayed-Khaiyum said former Fiji Law Society President, Graham Leung should not speak about the rule of law and the Constitution because the case is still before the Courts.
This is in response to the comment made by Leung yesterday at the Fiji Law Society conference where he questions the making of laws in the past 18 months.
Khaiyum said Graham Leung or any other lawyer need to look back in history to the time during 1987 and 2000 coup because degree was used to govern the country and to make appointments.
He also added that lawyers, like Leung should not politicize the issues and wait for the High court ruling.
