Defending champion for the girl’s division in Suva Zone 1 Wainimakutu Secondary has extended its lead with 3 gold and 2 silver while Namosi Secondary, Nasinu Secondary and Assemblies of God High are second with 1 gold each.
 
In the boy’s division, Cathedral Secondary is leading with 1 gold, 2 silver and 3 bronze, second is Wainimakutu Secondary with 1 gold, 1 silver and 2 bronze while AOG High School has 1 gold.

The 4x400m relay is currently underway at the Grammar grounds.

In the Tailevu Zone, Ratu Kadavulevu School’s inter boy Timoci Meya, who ran in the 200m, has clocked a manual time of 22.85 seconds.

Meya, who took part in the triple and long jump in the last year’s Fiji finals, will be focusing on track events this year.

Queen Victoria School is dominating in the 400m after their sub-junior, junior and inter grades took first place while Ratu Kadavulevu School won the senior boys 400m.
