The Wainadoi Mountain View Estates integrated community development which sees plans to develop around 500 residential lots has progressed well despite the downturn in the market economy.

Sales director Colin Sibury said the first phase of the $10million plan is the residential lots, is completed.

He added that while they have finished the laying out of essential services, sales are taking longer than expected.

However, Sibury added that with the congestion in the Suva area and people looking for houses, sales are expected to pick up.
