This is the message that Barnie Hartley is trying to convey to authorities as people in Waila have been experiencing a lot of difficulties in dealing with rising flood waters in Waila as a direct result of Cyclone Gene.
Hartley pleads to authorities to help as they have sick people who also need to be transported to the hospital.
DISMAC Officers are expected to comment later today.
