It is a shock to the rugby circles with the news that former Fiji U-19 captain John Vugakoto has passed away this afternoon.
Speaking to Village Sports close relatives have confirmed the 20 year old passed away in his sleep.
Fiji U-20 manager Semi Rogoyawa said it is a huge loss to rugby as one of the most disciplined players career has come to an end.
Vugakoto was the leading contender to be captain for the Fiji team to the U-20 Rugby World Cup in Wales on June.
