Former Digicel Fiji 7s Captain Emosi Vucago is ready to show coach, Ben Ryan that he still has what it takes to represent Fiji at the Dubai 7s.

30-year-old Vucago last played for Fiji in 2010.

Vucago said he has done the hard yards in training and will prove his worth this weekend.

Digicel Fiji 7s Coach Ben Ryan earlier said that he will lookout for Vucago this weekend.

Vucago will play alongside Osea Kolinsau, Mosese Volavola, William Rasileka, James Brown, Ben Golings and USA 7s playmaker Mike Palefau in the Serevi Select side.

Other national 7s squad members that will be in action this weekend include, Donasio Ratubuli and Semi Kunatani who will feature for Yamacia.

Pio Tuwai, Waisea Nacuqu and Senivalati Ramuwai are in the Tokatoka Westfield Babas team while Ulaiyasi Lawavou and Sunia Kubu have been included in a star studded Police side.

Emosi Mulevoro and Inia Tukere will play for Army with Ilai Tinai, Leo Naikasau, Sakiusa Nadruku and Beniamino Maravu to spearhead the Wardens campaign.

Meanwhile, Setefano Cakau, Jone Vota and Joeli Lutumailagi are currently in Sri Lanka for club commitments which rules them out of a place in the final 12 member Fiji 7s team.
