Digicel Fiji 7's new cap Watisoni Votu could earn himself a place in the final 12 member squad for the Dubai and George if he can impress coach Waisale Serevi this week.
While the team will be named on Thursday, Serevi said the inclusion of Votu would be an added advantage as he can play a utility role and fit in with the forwards and the back-line.
The Fiji 7's team marched into camp at mid-day and spent this afternoon in a recovery session at the National Aquatic Centre.
Fiji is in Pool D with England, USA and Portugal for the Dubai 7's which will kick-off next Friday.
