All Vodafone prepay Customers who thought Santa has come early to town and given them $79 dollars worth of credit, have been cautioned not to use the money.
When contacted Vodafone confirmed that there is currently a malfunction in their system and technicians are working on to repair it.
Vodafone said the $79 dollars worth of credit people find in their balance after they dial 131, will be cancelled.
It said all Vodafone lines are currently jammed due to alot of people making mobile phone calls and texts at the same time.
