Vodafone today gave a cheque of $50,000 to Fiji Football Association for the first major soccer tournament of the year, the Fiji Fact.

The Vodafone Corporate Affairs Manager Shalen Prasad while presenting the cheque, said this year's Fiji Fact will be very challenging after the success of first round games in the National Football League competition.

He said the 10 Super Premier teams are now gearing into a more serious mode and many teams will be out to stop Navua from making it three in a row.

The Fiji FACT will be held from the 27th to 30th May at Churchill Park in Lautoka. But the first round games will be played next Saturday and Sunday.
