Vodafone Fiji Limited has not paid any money to the Prison Department for the company signage to be put up on the Korovou Prison walls.
Manager corporate affairs for Vodafone Shalendra Prasad said Vodafone is supporting the Yellow Ribbon Project and the Vodafone signage is gratitude towards the company from the prisoners.
Meanwhile, deputy Prisons Commissioner Auta Moceisuva said the signage is part of the give and take for the assistance given by Vodafone Fiji.
He said they allow companies who have assisted the Prisons Services to advertise on the prisons walls.
