Hurricanes number eight Victor Vito is hoping to finish his career with the Wellington outfit on a high note by helping them win their maiden Super Rugby title.

Vito will play his 100th and last match for the Hurricanes when they face the Lions in this year’s final in Wellington on Saturday, before moving to Top 14 side La Rochelle.

The Hurricanes finished as runners‑up in 2015, after losing the final to the Highlanders, but the 29‑year‑old revealed that the thought of losing two successive finals has not crossed his mind.

The Hurricanes will host the Lions in the Super Rugby final at 7.35pm Saturday.
