Rakiraki resident Eroni Matavesi said that villagers of Navutulevu are struggling to get food for their children.
The father of three said it is very difficult to get through to the main town area as their road is badly damaged.
And added that it would also be very hard to send their children to school as their main source of livelihood their farm has been destroyed.
