A Tailevu villager is in police custody for allegedly killing a 17 year old van driver in 2005.
The villager, who confessed to killing van driver Navneet Kumar on April 29th four years ago, is expected to appear in court later today.
This has been confirmed by Police Spokesperson Atunaisa Sokomuri.
Two men, 30 year old Senivalati Ramuwai and 24 year old Rupeni Naisoro, were found guilty and convicted to life imprisonment for this murder.
Naisoro has been released on bail conditions until the outcome of his appeal while it has been reported that Ramuwai filed an appeal and is awaiting judgment.
