Police are questioning a villager of Seaqaqa for allegedly raping his 15 year old niece earlier this week.
The victim who is a Form 4 student was staying with her Uncle and Aunt to attend school, when the Uncle allegedly committed the offence.
It is alleged the girls aunt sent her to collect the hymn book from the Uncle's room and when the girl was inside looking for the hymn book, the uncle allegedly raped her.
The girl claims that the uncle also threatened to kill her.
The matter was reported to police by the victim's father.
