Video Piracy in Fiji can be controlled.
These are the words of Indian Film Exporters Association Vice President and former Secretary of the Film Federation of India, Hira Chand, who was in the country recently to study about piracy in Fiji after the copyright act was implemented in September this year.
Chand said he met with a number of stakeholders during his visit and he believes that piracy will be reduced in Fiji.
He adds that video piracy exists in every country.
He also said that the other purpose for his visit was to look for possible film locations in Fiji.
