Rob Vickerman has been named as captain of the England 7s team for the World Cup in Moscow next week. 

Vickerman and James Rodwell are the only survivors from England's Rugby World Cup Sevens campaign in Dubai four years ago, when they finished fifth after losing to Samoa in the quarter finals.

The squad also includes speedster Dan Norton, Tom Powell, James Rodwell, Mike Ellery, Jeffrey Williams, John Drake, Mat Turner, Tom Mitchell, Christian Lewis Pratt, Marcus Watson, and Mark Odejobi.

England is pooled with Argentina, Portugal and Hong Kong.

Meanwhile the National 7s team will break camp today before they leave for Moscow next Monday morning.

Fiji will play Tonga at 12.28am next Saturday in their first pool match of the 7s World Cup. 

We then take on Uruguay at 6.28pm next Saturday and Fiji's last pool match is against Wales at 12.42am Sunday. 

The Cup quarterfinals start at 9pm Sunday, the Cup semis kick off at 12.40am Monday while the World Cup 7s final will start at 4.55am Monday.
