The Fiji Karate team return from Brisbane tomorrow with 6 gold, 2 silver and 4 bronze after competing at the Australian Karate Championships.
Australian based Myles Vele won two gold medals in the final competition last night in the 12 and 13 years Kata and also in the Open Kata event. He also won silver and bronze medals.
Fiji's other gold came from Rewa soccer rep Marika Rodu and in the Team Kata event led by James Lenoa.
Fiji Karate team will now start preparing for the Oceania championship in September in Auckland.
