Veiuto Primary School is one of the 57 primary schools from around the region that will be a part of the Asia Pacific Children’s Convention in Japan.
School Head Teacher Apisalome Cala said this is the first time the school will be taking a group of 6 children to the Convention in Sukuoka and adds they are pleased with the invite.
Meanwhile, Class 6 student Timasi Alevebird said he is really excited about the 2 week exchange trip and has started learning basic Japanese greetings.
The students, who will be leaving the country tomorrow, will be doing a total of 6 dances depicting the multi culturalism in Fiji.
