Interim Minister for Youth and Employment, Lekh Ram Vayeshnoi has revealed that he has no idea about the claim made by Westech Mining Limited.
Westech Managing Director, Brian Wesson had earlier said that there was a total of $6 million dollars set aside for the rehabilitation of mine workers, to ensure that they would be able to find another source of income, if they were not able to get a job at the mine .
Vayeshnoi also said that the Ministry of Youth and Employment have been keeping an eye on the assistance that was provided for the rehabilitation of laid off mine workers of the Emperor Gold Mine.
