Interim Local Government Minister Lekh Ram Vayeshnoi yesterday met with the mayors of all the municipal councils around the country.
Speaking to Fijivillage, Vayeshnoi confirmed that he had an open discussion with the mayors on some very important issues.
Some of the issues raised by the mayors included taxi and bus stand fees, market fees and cleanliness, dump fees and grants for the Local Government projects.
