Former national 7s rep Avenisi Vasuinubu could make his way into the national Under 20 rugby side for the Junior world cup in South Africa.
The 19-year-old is likely to be named in the final 28 member team this Friday along with Tavua captain Meli Baivatu, Nadroga’s Aca Simolo, Mataiasi Yavusalea and Tailevu’s Samuela Kerevi.
Coach Sale Sorovaki said he is happy about their preparations so far.
The Junior World Cup will kick off on the 4th of June with Fiji in the same pool as New Zealand, Wales and Samoa.
