He was born in 1993 the same year Fiji lost out to Samoa in the final of the Hong Kong 7s by 14-12.

For the 19 year old Avenisi Vasuinubu, this will be his first trip to 7s holy ground after making his debut in Wellington earlier this year.

The former Serua Kaji rep first came into the limelight at the Uprising 7s after putting up a superb performance to get the selectors attention.

The Deuba lad feels at home in the Fiji team as his elder brother Waisea Nayacalevu is also in the national side.

Vasuinubu said he grew up watching a famous son of Fiji rugby but he hopes to make his country proud when he steps out at So Kon Po stadium.
