The use of bus cards or tickets instead of cash payment for bus fares would be a good way to solve the free bus fare program distribution problem.
This is the suggestion from the re-appointed National Fiji Head Teachers Association President Jai P Narayan on some of their suggestions to the Education Ministry in solving this problem.
Narayan, while acknowledging that stakeholders are trying to find an easier distribution solution of fares, says the head teachers hope a solution is found quick so as not to eat into their teaching time.
