The Fiji Islands Council of Trade Unions General Secretary Attar Singh said the Interim Government has stolen civil servants money by not backdating the 5 percent pay cut.
And the Fiji Nursing Association General Secretary, Kuini Lutua said the non-mention of the 4% pay restoration for civil servants is not surprising and is one of the main reason they did not sign an agreement.
Fiji Teachers Union's General Secretary Agni Deo Singh said the Interim Government has increased the burden on teachers by making Hindi and Fijian language teaching compulsory in all Primary schools.
The Fiji Public Service Association said they will comment later.
