The General Secretary for the Fiji Trade Union Congress said the Public Service Commission is acting in bad faith by not consulting the Unions on the Cost of Living Adjustments and the Implementation of the Performance based Management System.
Speaking to Fijivillage, Felix Anthony stressed that Unions should be consulted as they are the majority party.
Anthony adds that FTUC will strongly oppose any moves to scrap COLA or to implement PMS.
The PSC has stressed that it will go ahead and implement the PMS and the unions are now being informed of their decision to scrap COLA.
