The Transport Workers Union has raised concern that the Air Fiji board has not responded to any of the queries on the future of the company.
General secretary Kamlesh Kumar said he has written so many emails to the Air Fiji board, however, the only information they receive is through the media.

Meanwhile, Air Fiji employees who were left unemployed after the company ceased operations earlier this year, breathed a sigh of relief when they were paid half of wages owed to them last week.
Human resource manager Sada Goundar said this was only one week’s wages and it is not clear when the rest will be paid.
