The Vodafone Fiji Under 20 soccer team players are now learning how to play against top football nations like Germany who they will face in the pool stages of the FIFA Under 20 World Cup.

Germany plays top level football and a number of their players are exposed to big international tournaments such as the UEFA Champions League.

Fiji Under 20 soccer team Technical Advisor Frank Farina said apart from the playing structure, discipline is also a key issue that needs to be addressed.

The Vodafone Fiji Under 20 soccer team will play Myanmar at 10 tonight in their first warmup match in Asia.

The FIFA Under 20 World Cup will be played in New Zealand from 30th May till 20th June this year and Fiji is pooled with Germany, Uzbekistan and Honduras.
