The Land Transport Authority is expected to take action against those bus drivers who are not cooperating fully by not allowing authorized officers to board the buses to check for bus tickets.
Media officer Doreen Narayan said some are using old or tampered tickets and few companies not issuing tickets at all.
The Authority is taking note of all these incidents and these drivers will be taken to task.
Fiji Bus Operators Association general secretary Rohit Latchan is expected to comment later.
