Unchanged lineup to face South Africa
With Osea Kolinisau out with a broken jaw and Joeli Lutumailagi cited for a high tackle, Tanivula will start with captain, Watisoni Votu, Setefano Cakau and Jerry Burotu in the forwards.
Emosi Vucago will play at half-back, Ilai Tinani at play-maker, Miti Nacagilevu on the rover and David Batiratu out wide.
Tanivula said the road to win Adeilade will not be easy as they take on South Africa in the quarter final which is a repeat of last weekend's game where Fiji came out winners in sudden death.
He believed that the players know what is at stake for them in the Australia 7s after coming through unbeaten in the pool game yesterday.
Meanwhile, Fiji will be without two key players when they take on South Africa this afternoon in the quarter finals of the Australia 7s Tournament.
Team Manager Talemo Waqa revealed that both Osea Kolinisau and Joeli Lutumailagi will not feature for the side.
Kolinisau was injured in the side’s final pool game against Tonga yesterday while Lutumailagi was yellow carded for a high tackle and will sit out this game.
In the quarter final at 2.36pm, New Zealand will take on Argentina, Samoa against Australia at 2.58pm, Fiji and South Africa at 3.20pm and England will play Wales at 3.42pm.
The first Cup semi final will start at 6.26pm while the second semi final will be at 6.48pm and the Cup final will be at 8.50pm.
