Fiji born Akuila Uate secured a last minute try for Country Origin to win by 18-12 over Jarryd Hayne's NSW City Origin last night.
Uate ran 70m in the final minute to clinch the win after the scores had been locked at 12-12.
Country led 6-4 at the break before City bagged two quick tries, one to Jarryd Hayne.
Meanwhile, the annual Anzac Test match between arch rivals Australia and New Zealand became a debutants' ball with two Kangaroos scoring to beat New Zealand 20-10.
