Fiji Bati players Akuila Uate and Korbin Sims are expected to feature for the New Castle Knights at the upcoming Auckland Nines tournament.
Uate and Korbin both featured strongly for Fiji during the Rugby League World Cup and will play alongside Tyronne Roberts, Willie Mason and Darius Boyd during the tournament.
Undoubtedly the most unpredictable team of the 2013 NRL season, the Knights will be hoping that this year’s Nines tournament can provide themselves with a platform to work on next year.
Meanwhile, other Fiji Bati players that are expected to feature in the nines tournament include Wes and Kevin Naiqama for the Panthers, Marika Koroibete for the Tigers and Jason Bukuya for the Warriors.
