The University of the South Pacific has signed a Memorandum of Understanding worth close to $200,000 in kind with the Youth Ministry for the upcoming Pacific Youth Festival.

Acting Vice Chancellor Esther Williams said the University will house over 600 participants and this includes the campus facilities provided free of charge to all the participants.

This includes the use of computer labs, accommodation and meals, the gym, swimming pool and the library.

Meanwhile Permanent Secretary for Information Lt Colonel Neumi Leweni said the accommodation has been taken care of by the University and all that is left is for the participants to remember that the PER is still in place.
