The United States of America has not done anything to help the Fiji Government in terms of its deep rooted problems.
This was revealed by the United States Congressman and the Representative of American Samoa in the US Congress Eni Faleomavaega, who is currently in Fiji for a two day visit.
The Samoan national said he has also highlighted Fiji and its plight to the US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton in a recent meeting.
However, he praised the neigbouring countries, Australia and New Zealand, as they have done a lot for the Pacific.
