This is the title of the Child Protection Baseline Report which was launched today by Minister of Social Welfare, Women and Poverty Alleviation Dr Jiko Luveni.
UNICEF Pacific rep Isiye Ndombi said that it is crucial that Fiji and UNICEF should continue this partnership so that the Fijian children have the opportunity to live in an environment that is free from violence, abuse and exploitation.
Meanwhile, Dr Jiko Luveni said it is important that parents are reminded of their roles at home and teachers in school where they should educate their children on the issue of abuse.
