UK Prime Minister David Cameron throws his weight behind Rugby League World Cup 2013 on the eve of the Opening Ceremony and double header of matches at the Millennium Stadium on the 27th of this month.

Cameron said after years of planning and months of build-up, Rugby League World Cup 2013 is about to get underway.

He has sent out well wishes to all the 14 nations who will be competing and hopes that England will have their best chance to win in a generation.

Australia will take on England on the 27th of this month in the opening game while the Vodafone Fiji Bati takes on Ireland in their first match on the 29th at 7am.
