Following their victory in the Scotland 7s last weekend, the Vodafone Fiji 7s coach Ben Ryan has told Fijians living in the United Kingdom that the management will not allow anyone to visit the national sevens players as they want to focus on the ninth and final round of the HSBC Sevens World Series.
Not since 2010 has a side other than New Zealand has won the series, but with Fiji on 147 points, and South Africa on 142, the four‑time defending champions will have their work cut out to win a 13th World Series title as they sit third on 139.
Meanwhile Captain Osea Kolinisau says there is a lot of pressure, but Ryan has told them that sometimes pressure is good as it can turn goals into diamonds.
Fiji will play Argentina at 9.06pm Saturday, they face Samoa at 12.12am Sunday and Canada at 3.18am.
